“Also, even though I know you have other clients I always got the feeling that you were/are 100+% invested in me and my progress in your Loom messages/ emails etc. (because I had a "coach" that treated me like I was not as important as her other gym "business")”

“You guided me back to the person I used to be, a person that loved to exercise, that trained hard and consistently, that walked the talk and looks the part, which has always been so important to me. You have taught me so much around my nutrition, improvements and small changes that make a big difference and about being kind to myself, something I will practice more of.”

“I can't thank you enough for being part of my fitness journey.

This is a bit of a long read but I wanted you to know the positive and lifelong impact you have made to my life and my family.

I consistently think back to that pivotal day when I said "yes" over the phone when you asked me if I wanted to start the program. What you didn't know is that I was also so close to saying no. Not because of anything that you said but because of my insecurities and fear of the unknown. I'm so glad I said yes!

This has been such a tremendous journey for me. It's the realization that it's not as simple as just changing my diet and exercise but really delving deep into the root cause and the why. I love the fact that we went slowly and methodically, and you took time to explain the reason behind your decisions - that's so important for me as I'm the type of person that wants to learn and understand the why. When I was stuck with building a meal plan, you quickly sent me tons of ideas. When I wasn't sure about weight training you quickly put together a training plan for me (by the way I love the HIIT exercises!). I have had a few other coaches in the past but none of them were as thorough, systematic, reliable and complete in knowledge of nutrition and fitness as you.

You created an environment where I had absolute trust in you and never once did I feel awkward asking questions (you answered them all!); sharing my thoughts or sending you my progress photos. You can't imagine what a huge barrier that was for me to overcome when all my life I just wanted to hide and cover up. (I think a lot of people are probably in that situation and it makes me kind of sad when I think of that.) You just took me as is and we just took off from there.

You also have this uncanny knack of reading between the lines and knowing when I was a little down in my check-in emails. Your words of encouragement and reminders of how far I've come really helped when I was down. You kept it real and applicable to real life and reminded me of such.

I alluded to the fitness goals of my younger self to you and what she wanted to achieve but was never able to because the timing was never right. I guess maybe because I was waiting for you.

Once again, thank you so much for being by my side. I'm looking forward to working with you again for the next 24 weeks!” -Peggy

“Feel my strength has improved a lot. I also really appreciate learning some new and challenging exercises. I like a lot of the upper body as a I feel it has allowed me to progress there too (without or with minimizing shoulder pain).” -Josh

“I’m getting a little more distance on my drives (yay!) and doing your workouts doesn’t tire me out so I can golf with one day’s rest. AWESOME!” -JoAnn

“Forgot to mention my lower back isn’t acting up anymore at pickleball—feel so much stronger and healthier all around. I played pickleball today and definitely noticed a difference in some of my shots and my game overall. I never had a lot of power because my upper body was so weak. Not anymore… I am so hooked :) “ -Stacey

“Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
